Mike Raisbeck K1TWF (ARRL Vice President, former NE Div. Vice Director)
- Tours the EMA and adjacent sections in W1-land, but spent 2008-2009 in K7-land on FD. :-( Returned to W1 in 2010 touring Vermont.

Tom Frenaye K1KI/m, Director Emeritus
- Toured 2021 despite being out of office, and blogged to ARRL Contest Soapbox. Six states, seven ARRL sections, 559 miles driven (and 6 grid squares FN31,32,33,41,42,43). See his out-of-EMA comments on Soapbox; itinerary will be graphed on NEDiv zoom-out map.
- "Sci Tech Amateur Radio Society - Natick - W1STR 3A"
  Their setup was in a marking lot with convenient trees for antennas next to an office building used for STE educational efforts. Coordinator Bob/K5TEC had a group of students and volunteers working to devour pizza and other goodies in a pre-FD lunch. Jeremy/KB1REQ, Mindy/KM1NDY and Bruce/KC1US were among those running cables and making last-minute improvements as the start of FD approached. - soapbox
- "Framingham ARA at Christa McAuliffe Branch Library - W1FY"
  Dave/KB1YXL helped me to find [the Framingham ARA Field Day] site in a nice wooded corner tucked behind the town library. President John/KB1VXY gave me the grand tour. It was good to meet VP Ron/WO1E, and see longtime instructor Sumner/W1VIV again. - soapbox
Tom Walsh, K1TW (EMA Section Manager)
- Traditionally the SM tours EMA.

  EMA Section Manager, K1TW, usually makes a tour of EMA section Field Day clubs. K1TW is unable this year. K1TW will be there in spirit rooting for your club FD operation in EMA.

- Regularly toured as EMA SM and as EMA ACC. Still touring as ASM&ADIR

- “I hate to divulge my actual itinerary ahead of time. Invariably one gets delayed talking to people and then misses hitting all of the planned locations,” Phil writes. “My plans are to initially swing down through southeastern Massachusetts, then head for Rhode Island. If there’s time left over, I’ll try and get to Connecticut and swing up through central Massachusetts.”

  During my Field Day tour, I was tickled pink to see Andy, KB1OIQ, staffing the GOTA tent at PART of Westford helping several teenage girls to make contacts on the air. As Andy points out, a YL’s voice can be worth many extra dB of signal strength.
- "Sci Tech Amateur Radio Society - Natick - W1STR 3A"
  The Sci-Tech ARS in Natick put on quite a show—between their New England Sci-Tech open house, flea market, and various field day operating stations, including a GOTA tent. Bob Phinney [K5TEC] and his crew constantly amaze me! They are to be commended for exposing so many youths to astronomy, Makerspace, and the Amateur Radio hobby.

Dan Brown W1DAN (TC)
- regularly - organizes and operates Wellesley in Needham.
- 2021. Operating/Mentoring with Sci Tech Amateur Radio Society.
  
  Club base WARS remains on COVID-19 stand-down in 2021.

EMA ARES Leadership & Staff

Rob Macedo KD1CY ( SEC+SKYWARN )
- Sometimes operates at Acushnet EOC, or handles SKYWARN issues at NWS BOX, with touring as available.
- 2012 - Operated WX1BOX in Class F between SKYWARN actications at NWS BOX.
Frank O'Laughlin WQ1O (DEC-Cape/Isles)
- Usually operates at FARA (Falmouth) &/or with Barnstable.
- "Barnstable ARC BrewSC Brewster Sportsman's Club"
  The Barnstable ARC had their field day at the Brewster Sportsman's Club in Brewster on Cape Cod. They had a nice setup inside with several HF rigs and other good gear. Generator was nice, portable and quiet. Nice tower setup outside. As the ARES DEC, it was good to see the club folks in person again.
- "Falmouth ARA Inc at Falmouth Morse Pond School"
  It was great to visit the Falmouth ARA Field Day on Saturday as the ARES DEC here on Cape Cod. I was shown the very nice and capable Emcomm trailer that was built by the club. It was excellently configured and designed. Hats off to Ralph Swenson, N1YHS, and the others in the club who helped bring this project to life. From power distribution, to the great rigs inside, it was really nice to see. Field day looked great and very portable! Great job down there, folks
